Setting Great Expectations
|
Setting Great Expectations follows one pharmacist’s path toward setting clearer, more relevant objectives at the start of a learner’s rotation. Setting expectations early can reduce miscommunication, cut down on missed feedback opportunities, and build a stronger foundation of trust between preceptor and learner. Amanda will share practical strategies for defining objectives, aligning expectations, and having more effective conversations with learners.
